Kiremko standard unit or retro-fit filter unit. This is level 3 filtration for frying ranges with built in filtration. Normally this type of fryer has 2 levels of filtration. 1. Is a crumb filter fitted to the bottom of each pan which takes out the larger particles. 2. After the oil or fat is dropped into the tank below the range it falls through a nylon bag which takes out some of the smaller sediment and particles. Some of the range manufacturers are now fitting level 3 filtration in the form of a Superpad Unit which the oil/fat is drawn through on it's way back to the pans. This takes out the microfines (The cloudiness suspended in the oil/fat) keeping it fresh every day.
The unit includes 2 sets, male and female stainless steel quick connect couplings, 1 stainless steel flexi connection hose, stainless steel fittings and a box of 20 F/40 Superpads
